How do I know the headband will fit me?

AcousticSheep SleepPhones come in three different comfort sizes, so you can be sure there will be a size just the perfect fit for you.

Yes, simply remove the speakers from the headband slots and the headband is then fully machine and hand washable. It will also dry quickly being made from lightweight breathable fleece.
